ABOUT JEFF GASPERSZ

Prof.dr. Jeff B.R. Gaspersz is professor of innovation management at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. He worked previously for the Erasmus University Rotterdam and for KPMG.  Jeff supports companies and teams in finding new opportunities for innovation and creativity. He is an experienced speaker who has given over 1000 keynotes and masterclasses. His main message is that the key to innovation power in an organization lies in the mind of its members.

Jeff gives presentations and masterclasses about innovation and creativity for organizations, teams, managers and professionals. He has more than 20 years of experience as a public inspirational speaker.

Jeff was senior-consultant at KPMG Management Consulting and manager of the KPMG HR Trendwatch Center. At KPMG Inspire he was director of the KPMG Center for Innovation in the Netherlands.

Jeff supported over 200 organizations with finding and realizing innovation ideas in various fields. He has published books and articles about innovation and creativity.

The essence of his speaking, training, advising and coaching is the sharing and creating of insights on how to strengthen the innovation power of your team or your firm. Besides that, he supports companies in finding new concepts and ideas for innovation.
